1. Who provides Pulse Modus and what you accept
Pulse Modus is provided by RIVIERA PULSE DOO, the Montenegrin company identified below. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. “You” means the person using the service and, where you are authorised to act for one, the organisation you represent.
By deliberately accepting these terms through your account, you agree to this version. Your account’s acceptance record identifies the accepted version and time. Reading the public website does not create a paid subscription. Acknowledging that you have read the Privacy Policy is not consent to marketing or to every possible use of personal data.
If you cannot accept these terms, do not use the account or workspace service. You may still read the public information and contact us. A separate signed agreement may set additional terms for an organisation; mandatory legal rights always continue to apply.
2. What the service does
Pulse Modus helps authorised people coordinate property requests, scope versions, decisions, assignments, visits, evidence, completion reporting and retained records. Roles and access permissions determine what each person can see and do.
The current service is a limited-release prototype. Availability, supported workflows and experimental features can be restricted. Use fictional or appropriately de-identified information for rehearsals. Real customer operations require a separately authorised workspace and an agreed operating arrangement.
The software is not an emergency service, continuous property-monitoring service, bank, escrow provider or technical inspection. Property care, construction, cleaning and contractor services require their own agreements. Contact the appropriate emergency service for an immediate danger.
3. Accounts, authority and access
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Provide an email address you control and accurate information needed for your account.
- Keep passwords, verification codes, recovery material and authenticator details private. Use an individual account; do not share logins or impersonate another person.
- Accept an invitation only if it is intended for you. A verified account does not automatically give access to a customer organisation.
- Act for an organisation only within the authority it has given you. It remains responsible for assigning appropriate people, permissions and decisions.
- Employee experimental access is separately approved, bounded and revocable. It does not grant customer workspace authority. Executive controls require the configured stronger authentication.
- Tell us promptly at hello@pulsemodus.com if you suspect account misuse or an unintended disclosure. Do not email passwords or one-time codes.
4. Your information and responsibilities
You retain the rights you hold in information you submit. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, comply with law and carry out the instructions of an authorised organisation. This does not transfer ownership of your records to us.
You must have a lawful reason and the required permissions to submit personal data, photos, documents and third-party material. Give affected people appropriate information. Submit only what is necessary. Avoid passwords, access codes, payment card details, identity documents and sensitive personal information that the workflow does not require.
Check addresses, amounts, currency, tax basis, dates, descriptions and recipients before committing an action. Keep appropriate copies of records needed for your own legal or business obligations. Downloads and screenshots remain your responsibility after they leave the service.
For customer-controlled personal data, the organisation must establish its processing instructions and any required written data-processing agreement before real use. These terms and the public Privacy Policy do not replace that agreement.
5. Decisions about work and money
Approval applies to the particular published scope version and amount shown to the authorised person. A changed scope needs a new decision. Drafts, notes, messages, software suggestions and requested dates cannot grant authority or change an agreed price.
A contractor’s reported completion remains reported completion until an authorised person accepts it. A requested visit is not a confirmed appointment. Users must review the actual decision state and evidence rather than assume that a successful save confirms work, availability or payment.
Any contract with an owner or contractor, and the payment for the underlying work, is separate from the software service. Pulse Modus does not make a contractor payment merely because a record is accepted.
6. AI drafts and bill/photo tools
Experimental tools may produce incomplete or incorrect text or extracted values. They are aids for human review, not diagnoses, legal advice, accounting advice or evidence that a bill is valid. Always compare the output with its source and correct it before use.
Local draft tools use the permitted input and leave a person in control. A manual template fallback can be used; some experimental draft headings are currently in English, and source text is not automatically translated. Browser photo/PDF reading can extract text locally; the extracted text may then be sent to the permitted Pulse Modus API for analysis. The feature’s onscreen notice explains the active handling. Hosted model processing and bill-original transport are not enabled in the current hosted configuration.
A draft or extracted amount does not save a customer record, approve work, send a message or make a payment by itself. Never use an experimental result as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not access another organisation’s records, bypass a permission boundary, reuse someone else’s credentials or attempt to defeat authentication.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material, harass people, or use the service for fraud or unsolicited messaging.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape private records or disrupt the service. Security testing requires prior authorisation; report a suspected issue privately to our contact address.
- Respect invitation limits, file limits, fair usage controls and expiry dates. Do not attempt to evade them by creating replacement identities.
8. Subscriptions, charges and cancellation
The current hosted service does not offer a purchasable subscription, collect card details or initiate recurring charges. Account creation or acceptance of these terms cannot authorise a future charge.
Before any paid plan is enabled, we will present its price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal method, cancellation process and any applicable refund or withdrawal rights. A separate, deliberate purchase authorisation will be required. A future paid offer does not apply retroactively to current prototype use.
Contractor invoices and property services are separate. Do not enter card data into notes, photos, bill fields or support emails.
9. Availability, changes and support
We aim to provide a useful and secure service, but outages, maintenance, network faults and provider limits can interrupt it. The current free hosting can pause during inactivity and take time to restart. There is no current uptime commitment or guaranteed response time.
Do not rely on a loading screen as confirmation that a change was saved. Wait for the confirmed result. If a result is uncertain, use the available recovery flow rather than repeat a consequential action blindly.
Report a problem to hello@pulsemodus.com, giving the relevant screen and a safe description. Avoid sending private photos or customer details unless needed and requested through an appropriate channel.
10. Ending access and handling records
You can stop using your account at any time and contact us to request closure. An organisation may remove your workspace permissions; experimental grants may expire or be revoked. We may restrict access to address misuse, a security risk, legal requirements or the end of an authorised trial. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and allow you to raise a concern.
Signing out, revoking access or deleting an experimental draft does not erase retained workspace history. Account and organisation erasure is currently handled as a verified support request, not an instant self-service action. Retention and deletion depend on the organisation’s instructions, applicable obligations and the criteria in the Privacy Policy.
11. Software rights and third-party services
Pulse Modus branding, interface and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. You receive permission to use the service within these terms and your granted access. Do not copy our branding to imply an endorsement or an official relationship.
The service depends on infrastructure and email providers. External websites, your own email account and optional identity providers have their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own obligations; a third-party link is not a promise that its service will always be available.
12. Responsibility and legal rights
We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law and any agreed contract. You and your organisation remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, the authority of your decisions and the physical work arranged through your own agreements.
No experimental output or prototype availability creates a professional guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses deliberate misconduct or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. These terms do not impose a payment obligation for losses merely because you use the service.
13. Changes, questions and disputes
We will publish a dated version when these terms change. Material changes affecting account use require renewed acceptance before continuing. A change does not alter an earlier recorded work approval or create a subscription without purchase authorisation.
Contact hello@pulsemodus.com first with a question or complaint so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro, subject to mandatory protections available under other applicable law. Disputes may be brought before the competent court; mandatory jurisdiction rights remain unchanged.
English and Montenegrin versions are provided for accessibility. If wording differs, contact us for clarification; mandatory rights and the actual authority recorded in the application remain unchanged.
