What is sent
A request is sent to Cloudflare only after you select the Cloudflare option for that suggestion. The service receives the following limited text:
- Support: your question and the application help guides.
- Operator brief: the permitted saved text for the selected job, including operator notes already available to you.
- Owner update: only the existing permission-filtered owner projection.
- Acquisition: the selected saved enquiry text for a requirement suggestion.
Photo and document files are not sent. Login credentials and unrelated workspace records are excluded. Check the permitted saved text before choosing the option; do not include passwords or payment details.
Provider and retention
Cloudflare is an external inference provider. Its published Workers AI data notice commits to zero retention and no model training for standard stateless inference, with limited security and legal exceptions. It may retain operational metadata. This feature uses direct synchronous inference; it does not enable AI Gateway logging or caching, upload files, run batch jobs or train models.
Your controls
The choice applies to one request. Leave it unchecked to prepare record drafts without hosted AI. Saved records and manual enquiry entry remain available when AI is unavailable or limited. Review every suggestion against the original source before applying it. The usual permission, save, approval and sending controls still apply.
